Terms of Service

By applying to the PayHubPartner program, signing a partnership contract, or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not apply.

PayHubPartner operates a flat-commission affiliate referral program that connects vetted Partners ("Partners") with curated e-commerce brands ("Merchants"). PayHubPartner is not a bank, payment processor, investment product, or get-rich-quick scheme. The Partner does not process transactions on behalf of the Company or any Merchant; the Partner's payment account is used exclusively to receive their own affiliate commission payouts.

All operations are conducted under a written contract signed between the Partner and the Company. The Partner remains the sole legitimate owner of their payment account. Partners never share login credentials and keep full control of their accounts at all times.

To be accepted as a Partner you must: (a) be 18 or older, (b) be the legitimate owner of the payment account you register, (c) hold a Stripe / PayPal account that meets the program's minimum age and standing requirements, and (d) be able to sign a written partnership contract in your own name.

Commission rates, frequency, and conditions are defined in the individual partnership contract signed between you and your assigned Merchant. PayHubPartner guarantees the first payout lands within 24 hours of the first processed transaction; all subsequent payouts follow the schedule in your contract.

Exit clause: if a Partner wishes to exit the partnership, they must submit a written notice (email or WhatsApp). The agreement then ends 15 days after receipt of the notice, giving both sides time to close any pending transactions and clear the final payout.

You must not: (a) share the credentials of your payment account with us or with the Merchant, (b) create fake or multiple accounts to join the program, (c) use the program for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity, or (d) misrepresent your identity, residence, or account ownership.

Earnings shown on this website are real examples from existing Partners but are not guarantees. Your actual earnings depend on your account standing, the assigned Merchant's volume, and external factors outside our control.

PayHubPartner's total liability towards any Partner is capped at the total commissions paid to that Partner over the previous 12 months. We are not liable for losses caused by a Partner violating the terms of their payment platform or by actions taken directly by a Merchant in breach of their contract.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and — for active Partners — by WhatsApp. Continued use of the program after a change means you accept the new Terms.
