Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

PayHubPartner ("we", "us", "our") operates a private partner program that connects approved Stripe and PayPal account holders with vetted e-commerce brands. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information you share with us when you apply to, or participate in, the program.

2. Information we collect

We only collect the minimum information needed to evaluate your eligibility and operate the partnership: your full name, email address, phone number (for WhatsApp), country of residence, the payment platform you use (Stripe / PayPal), the approximate age of the account, and the payout destination type (bank / IBAN / routing number — we never ask for the actual account number until contract signature).

We do not collect, request, or store login credentials, passwords, or two-factor codes for any payment platform. Ever.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to: (a) check whether your account qualifies for the program, (b) match you with a suitable brand partner, (c) prepare the partnership contract, and (d) process daily commission payouts during the partnership.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or third-party data brokers.

4. WhatsApp and messaging

Most communication happens on WhatsApp because it is fast, verifiable, and end-to-end encrypted. When you message us, WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies to that conversation. We only keep the content needed to support your file (eligibility answers, contract, payout confirmations).

5. Data retention

Applications that do not qualify are deleted within 90 days. Active partner records are kept for the duration of the partnership plus 5 years afterwards to comply with accounting and anti-fraud obligations.

6. Your rights

You can request at any time: a copy of the data we hold about you, a correction, or full deletion (subject to legal retention rules above). Email support@payhubpartner.com and we will reply within 5 business days.

7. Security

All data is stored on encrypted servers. Access is restricted to the small onboarding team and is logged. Because we never hold your payment-platform credentials, there is nothing on our side that could compromise your account.
